  1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between GR8 Sports Limited (“GR8”) and its customers.
  2. GR8 agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to GR8 and recorded in writing between the parties.
  3. Unless otherwise agreed payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made when placing order and if payment has not been made by the last day of month following delivery then interest shall accrue thereon at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of invoice.
  4. Title or ownership in the goods supplied by GR8 to the customer shall not pass to the customer until such time as full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.
  5. In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to GR8 in writing. GR8 will use its best endeavours to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request. GR8 also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is signed off by the customer.
  6. GR8 points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of GR8 to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.
  7. These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between GR8 and the customer including repeat or new orders from the customer.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt if there should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between GR8 and the customer then such dispute shall be dealt with under English law.
  9. GR8 points out that these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.
  10. Email discount codes cannot be applied to existing deals such as bundles or wearer packs and can only be used in online transactions.
  11. Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of GR8.
  12. Please note that colour samples shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. Also, for exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.
  13. Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms which qualify customers for no VAT, an example is safety footwear, individual purchases not for employees (subject to safety rating) will qualify for no VAT however purchases for employees will require the addition of VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to make their use known to GR8 if subject to VAT charges as individual use will be presumed, unless told otherwise.
  14. GR8 withhold the right to refuse orders, at their sole discretion, for (but not limited to):
    1. (a) Offensive words and slogans
    2. (b) Offensive graphics and icons
    3. (a) copyrighted material
    4. (b) copyrighted images or phrases

GR8 Sports Ltd Returns Policy

  1. You may return any item bought from our standard range* within 14 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging, complete with all labels and suitable for resale.
    Items that have been used or worn are not eligible for exchange or refund
    We will only pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the item has a manufacturing fault.
    Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
  2. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty, we cannot accept the return of:
    • Goods that have been embroidered, altered, badged or printed.
    • Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.
    • Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*.
  3. If after checking, returned items are deemed not to be in suitable condition for exchange or refund, we will notify you of the reason for this.
    If you then require the item to be shipped back to you this will be at your expense.
  4. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. In the event of returned goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors GR8 reserves the right to correct these prior to offering any refund or exchange.
  6. We reserve the right to dispose of any items left with us for more than 90 days.

* Our standard range is any item available on our website and does not include special colours or sizes.


  1. All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery.
  3. All shortages, damage, production errors or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of receipt.
  4. GR8 holds no responsibility for items which may be damaged or lost when customer has requested goods to be left in specific collection locations by our couriers e.g. Behind bin.
  5. Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the couriers POD and a delivery note which the goods have been signed as unchecked, items missing or damaged as appropriate.
  6. By arrangement all deliveries should be carefully checked-in to ensure correct garments are delivered as no responsibility can be accepted thereafter for none or short deliveries.
  7. Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.

Please note when selecting next day delivery, it is the next working day from day of despatch. Depending on the time your order is placed it may not be collected by our couriers until the next working day and delivery will then be on the next working day. This means that if you order on a Monday the order will be processed that day and may not be collected until Tuesday for delivery on the Wednesday which is the next working day. Orders placed on a Thursday may not be collected until Friday and then delivery will be the next working day which is the following Monday.

Standard 48 Tracked delivery is with Royal Mail and again is 48hours from the day of despatch. If you have placed an order for personalised items these will be shipped as soon as possible.

Age Restrictions

You must be aged 18 years or over to use this website.

All photos are for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to amend the design of some products in order to make improvements.


Cheques made are payable to GR8 SPORTS LTD.

All orders must be paid for in full on placing of order.

Cheques must clear our bank account and credit card payments must be authorised before any goods are sent out.

Payments that are made using a debit or credit card online are processed using Sage Pay for your peace of mind.

We use Takepayments  to securely collect/process transaction information.

Embroidery & Printing

We offer a complete print and embroidery service and pricing depends on the size of your image.

There is a one off set up charge of £20 plus VAT for new embroidery designs.

We will tell you the cost of your embroidery before any work is undertaken.

For text embroidery under 7mm high we cannot guarantee that each letter will be separate and 100% legible but we will advise you of this before it is done.

Washing Advice

Always wash decorated or undecorated items following the instructions on the garment carefully.

Embroidered and/or printed garments require special care when washing and drying which may differ to instructions provided by the garment manufacturer.


GR8 Sports Ltd cannot be held responsible for discolouration or damage attributed by not following the care instructions.
